Strong 4 Life

Today we enjoyed the Strong 4 Life pep rally!  Our four goals are:
1.  Drink lots of water!
2.  Half your plates of fruits/veggies
3.  Limit screen time to one hour
4.  60 minutes of activity each day

Dancing!! 

We need to balance screen time and activity time!!!

One hour of each is balanced!

We had so much fun and we are ready to take the pledge!  

On Tuesday, children will receive their lanyard and pledge, jersey, and water bottle!!

Weekend Homework:  study math terms for test on Wednesday.
