Math Practice

Class Announcements:

-The unit math test will be on Thursday of next week.  This includes place value, rounding, estimation, money, addition, subtraction, and mental math. (Talk about a long unit!!)
*Please review counting with money and making change with your kids at home as well as adding and subtracting with borrowing.  All of the kids have the idea, but keep forgetting to borrow on one column, or are borrowing when it is not necessary.  I will repost all of the study guides on here for yall to review.

-TAG will reconvene on Wednesday.

-We began Science on Thursday!  We are working on animal and plant adaptations and will test next Wednesday.  It is a very short chapter-we've already covered all of the book material.  I will pass out the study guide on Monday.  The kids are really excited about the unit-they are allowed to research any plants or animals and share with the class!  We will continue with science and begin working on the Georgia Habitats.
