To give more time for studying for science and math, there will be... drum roll please, NO HOTS POW this week.  Y'all, don't get spoiled now, ya hear?  :)

Math study guide will be posted tomorrow morning and given to the kids. 

Friday's Carnival is going to rock!  Come out to have fun and see your favorite staff members!!  Also, there are some awesome silent auction items up for bidding at the carnival, including:

• Ice cream parties  (third grade's item!!) 
• Wii Sports Challenge
• Cupcakes & Canvas
• Guitar Hero
• Reader’s Theatre
• Lunch with specific staff
• Movie & popcorn party

Has anyone downloaded Storia from Scholastic? I can forward the link if you have to download the preview to the next installment of Diary of a Wimpy Kid! 

We also now have a Time for Kids subscription, and the kids can go online to stay current!  We will be using TFK in both ELA and Science/Social Studies blocks.  I added the links to my portaportal!
